Based in North Norfolk in an historic market town, cakes and desserts are made from my home. Chocolate cakes and fruit cakes are a speciality. Only the finest ingredients are used and sourced locally where possible, i.e. flour, free range eggs and fruits in season. Cane sugars are used in many of the recipies. Diabetic cakes can be made. Christmas cakes need to be ordered by the middle of October and fruit cakes are better ordered a week in advance. The same applies to ginger cake as these improve with keeping. All products may contain traces of nuts. All products are boxed and delivered.
